R.O.I. Fastpitch Premier 16U is a highly competitive A-level fastpitch softball team based out of Buckner, Missouri. Our program is built around player development, accountability, team chemistry, and preparing athletes to compete at the next level.
We practice year-round utilizing both our indoor training facility and outdoor field, allowing our athletes to continue developing their skills in all seasons. Our team competes in a strong regional schedule, including college showcase events and high-level tournaments throughout the Midwest and beyond.
At R.O.I., we focus on more than just wins and losses. We emphasize leadership, work ethic, communication, and personal growth. Players are expected to take ownership of their development through practice, lessons, strength training, and recruiting efforts. Every athlete in our program has access to recruiting resources, including a SportsRecruits profile, to help maximize their exposure to college coaches.
Our mission is simple: develop confident young women, build competitive softball players, and create opportunities for athletes to achieve their goals both on and off the field.
